ePN is starting to clean up. In the most recent blog post ePN announced they will be sending emails with a 3 day notice of closure for non activity.

Lots of people have opened accounts after being sold on ways to make money online with ePN. After finding out how much work is involved they have simply given up and never closed their accounts. ePN has said this is not a mass expiration of accounts. Only a clean up of dormant accounts.

When the EBay affiliate program was run through Commission Junction anyone could be a EBay Affiliate. Now thats it’s been almost a year of ePN’s inception the affiliate program has changed to push out cheaters and only accept new affiliates that truly help EBay make sales. After all strong companies watch their advertising dollars and don’t just give money away.

Along with the application vetting process that ePN introduced last year, this is another step in actively maintaining eBay Partner Network so that they can better focus our efforts on the best affiliates.
