Haven’t been writing much here lately, but today I noticed a few interesting things with my sites. first the other day all my websites had a page rank update. This isn’t big news really. After your in the Make Money Online business for a while you learn Google does this at the beginning of ever fiscal quarter. That’s just how big business works guys. Its not science.
Another thing that happened around the same time is that Google updated Webmaster Tools. For the longest time the functionality of WMTs was in a broken state. Stats where hardly usable. Then a couple years ago improvements began.
April 2010 Webmaster Tools received some more function. Namely Labs was added. Labs includes fetch Google Bot, SideWiki and Performance. Performance is what I have found useful. Performance looks a latency. Which we all know is Google’s Pet Pev.
The great thing is after Performance checks your URL’s it gives suggestions for speeding up your page load speeds. Tells if you need to use gzip or combine css files.
Performance is the best tool Google has added to Webmaster Tools yet.
