Now its been some time since any effort has been put into this site. That’s because I don’t sell marketing schemes. I build websites and it takes all my time.

So what next for the Rich Ski Bum site. Site testing! I have been using Brian Gardner Studio Press for a couple years. His Revolution theme was the best and many webmasters still use it as a base to build on.

Brian has his critics or did until recently. Not many webmasters can criticize Genesis. At first a few speed issues where present, but they have been resolved and they continue to develop this new super theme.

How it works is you buy the Genesis Base and Child Theme to skin your site. If you ever worked with Revolution or Church this improvement will make your jaw drop.

Brian has also added a staff and rebuilt the support forum. It use to be a quiet place to hang out. Not anymore, its all the buzz 24/7 these days. Waiting for answers is a thing of the past too.

Over the next several days the site will be testing all the new Child Themes that come with the pro pack. I have built a few sites using only Genesis with no Child theme and liking it. It is easy for a intermediate webmaster or even novice.
