Bing is the Windows Live Search born again. Though as any webmaster know MSN Search hasn’t been a priority for indexing. Live Search normally just shows up in our logs. After all it holds 3rd place in the search market.
Bing has changed search for Microsoft. The new Bing search is different. They cater to the end user in many ways including having a easily accessible help links on the bottom of the home page. They help the user find what they want.
The Bing Search Engine has so many amazing functions that it is impossible to cover them all in a single post. So the first thing to do is make sure your sites are included in the Bing index. I found a number of my sites in the first search fast. On the front page for many keywords too. I’m happy .

Though MSN Search wasn’t a priority in the past I believe this will change and fast. Microsoft has mounted a huge marketing campaign to get Bing out to the public. The Bing TV commercials are real cool too. They portray confusion being sorted out. Kind of strange but catchy.
I have a couple new sites I built for a site flip that i know aren’t in the search so I went looking to see how to add sites to the Bing index.
