		<description>Unfortunately, I think many out of state retailers will simply pull their advertising from California affiliate advertisers rather than have to deal with tax collection and nexus in California.

Also, the Assembly Committee on Revenue &amp; Taxation has moved their meeting on this bill to April 27th at 1:30pm in room 126 at the state Capitol: http://gtomanagement.com/ab-178-hearing-update/

It is so important for folks to get involved...talk to your representatives, your local papers, anyone and everyone. Education is key on this issue!</description>
